Indian cuisine, in my opinion at least, is one of the best in the world. Many people in the UK (and unless you live in India, probably in your home country too) only experience Indian food as a takeaway or ready meal. I think that they are hugely missing out, and their approximation of India dishes will barely register on the palette!
